A total of about 70 invited guests, including customers, partners, boilermakers and burner makers, attended the product launch of LAMTEC’s new revolutionary CMS (Combustion Management System) burner control system at the Palatin Kongress Hotel Wiesloch in May.
 
The two informative days started with the premiere of the new CMS trailer. Managing Directors Hans-Jürgen Altendorf and Dr. Olaf Winne presented a series of lectures on the CMS throughout the afternoon. These gave the visitors the opportunity to learn about the numerous possibilities offered by the new Combustion Management System in detail and to then discuss various aspects further directly with the LAMTEC product specialists. The evening concluded with an entertaining guest speaker and a successful gala dinner.

After breakfast on the second day there was a visit to see one of the first pilot plants of the CMS in action. Four CMS are in use at Stadtwerke Heidelberg. Four burners are fitted to two 58 MW water tube boilers.
 
The event culminated with a tour of Heidelberg with a guided visit to Heidelberg Castle.

We congratulate the lucky winner, Mr. Alexander Sokolov of Bayerische Ray Energietechnik GmbH in Garching, for winning the Smart-Watch Samsung Gear S3. Mr. Sokolov is responsible since 1995 at the Bayerische Ray as electrical engineer in the planning department and for the electrical planning of thermal energy plants for the business division industry.
LAMTEC thanks all participants of the customer satisfaction survey. Only through your honest feedback can we actively continue the improvement process.

LAMTEC at the MEORGA Südwest in Ludwigshafen am Rhein on September 12, 2018

Meorga Südwest will take place on 12 September 2018 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Friedrich-Ebert-Halle, Erzbergerstraße 89 in 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

 Admission to the trade fair and participation in the specialist lectures are free of charge for visitors. Small snacks and soft drinks, which are of course also available free of charge, ensure the physical well-being of the visitors.

On October 10, the last MSR Special Exhibition 2018 will take place in Bochum.

Walldorf - On May 9th at 6:30 p.m. the starting signal for the 5 km circuit of the VOLKSBANK KRAICHGAU FIRMENLAUF WALLDORF was given.
 
Under the motto "Being there is everything" both teams secured themselves a place in the middle of the respective category in Walldorf.
 
Our women's team LAMTEC 1 finished in 7th place of the 12 participating women's teams with a time of 02:23:07 hrs.
 
The mixed team LAMTEC 2 came 36th of the  57 participating mixed teams with a time of 02.01.12 hrs.

Leipzig - At the schnelleStelle.de FIRMENLAUF LEIPZIG the starting shot was fired on June 6 for the 5 km circuit with 15,063 runners. A total of 7 employees of LAMTEC Leipzig started, four of them as Team LAMTEC.
 
With the LAMTEC best time of 1.37.40 hrs, the team finished 449th in the midfield of 768 men's teams.

"Thumbs up" and congratulations to all LAMTEC colleagues from Leipzig and Walldorf for their successful participation.

Milica studied process engineering and previously worked in a sales office in the field of combustion technology.
