The combination-probe KS1D is qualified for measuring at places or spots, which are marked by infiltrated air, as well as in multi-burner applications, for which a sole O2 measuring cannot give any statements for atmosphere or combustion process respectively a fast response is needed. It is used in applications controlling oven atmosphere at measureing gas temperatures up to 1400 °C.
It is applied to gas combustions of all types, wood- and carbon-dust combustions as well as garbage combustion plants, glow- and melting ovens and crematoriums.
